Mohammad Moeen Marastial is an Afghan politician and former Member of Parliament who served in the Wolesi Jirga from 2003 to 2009. Advocating for education and government accountability, he returned to Afghanistan in 2001 as Deputy Minister of Education. He worked closely with presidents Hamid Karzai and Ashraf Ghani, holding various advisory roles, and later founded the Rights and Justice Party. Fluent in multiple languages, he has participated in international conferences on Afghan issues and served as Consul General in Peshawar until his resignation in 2019.
