Mohammad Asrarul Haque, also known as Maulana Asrarul Haque Qasemi, was an Indian Deobandi Islamic scholar, politician, columnist, and member of the Indian Parliament from Kishanganj. He served as the provincial president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, vice president of All India Milli Council, and was a member of the Shura of Darul Uloom Deoband. Additionally, he was involved with the All India Muslim Personal Law Board. Haque founded the All India Milli and Talimi Foundation for the development of the underprivileged areas of the Seemanchal region and established an AMU branch in Kishanganj.
