Mohd Firdaus Jaafar is a Malaysian politician born on March 15, 1974. He is a member of the Parti Amanah Negara (AMANAH), which is part of the Pakatan Harapan coalition. He served as the Member of Parliament for the Jerai constituency in Kedah from 2008 to 2013. Before joining AMANAH in 2016, he was with the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS). Firdaus won the Jerai seat in the 2008 election but lost in 2013. Before his political career, he worked as a religious teacher.
