Moira Lassen (b. October 5, 1963) is a pioneering figure in weightlifting administration, notably as the first woman elected to the IWF Executive Board. Involved in weightlifting since 1995, she has served in leadership roles at various levels, including President of the Yukon Weightlifting Association and Secretary General of the Canadian Weightlifting Federation. Lassen has officiated at over 50 international events, including multiple Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games. She has also contributed to research in sports management and was General Manager for the Whitehorse 2020 Arctic Winter Games.
