Mona Pasquil Rogers, born on April 3, 1962, is an American politician who made history as the 47th and acting lieutenant governor of California from November 2009 to April 2010, being the first woman, Filipina, and Pacific Islander in this position. She has had a diverse political career, including roles as the political director for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign and as appointments secretary under Governor Jerry Brown. In 2019, she became head of public policy for California at Facebook and was later elected vice president of the California State Personnel Board.
