She gained fame as one of the original presenters of Nubeluz, a popular children's TV show in Peru during the early 1990s. Known affectionately as the Dalina chiquita, she became a beloved figure for many viewers. Tragically, her shocking suicide in March 1994 impacted the reputation of the show, resulting in its cancellation in 1996.
