Monte Gary McNaughton (born March 11, 1977) is a former Canadian politician who notably served as Ontario's Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development from June 20, 2019, to September 22, 2023. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party, he represented the Lambton—Kent—Middlesex riding in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since his election in 2011. McNaughton joined the provincial Cabinet in 2018, serving initially as the Minister of Infrastructure, demonstrating his commitment to public service and provincial governance.
