Montse Estruch i Casagolda is a Catalan chef born on April 17, 1956, in Manresa. She gained fame for her participation in the third season of the television program Top Chef. Earlier, she earned recognition within the culinary community by receiving a Michelin star for her restaurant El Cingle in Vacarisses. Starting her career at age 13, she later transformed El Cingle into a restaurant and received acclaim, including a Repsol Sun in 1998. Estruch also opened a new restaurant, Becquer, in Barcelona in 2013, blending traditional cuisine with a nightlife atmosphere.
