Posthumously, he is regarded by the church as Lord Heung Jin Nim, the 'king of the spirits' in heaven. A spiritual wedding was held between him and Julia Pak three months after his death. Church members believe he channels messages and leads spiritual workshops for deceased spirits, contributing to various church controversies.
