Morio Ikeda (December 25, 1936 - May 20, 2013) was a notable Japanese businessman and educator. He served as an adviser to Shiseido Co., Ltd. and was the chairman of the Shiseido Beauty School. Additionally, he held leadership positions at Toyo Eiwa Girls' School and Komatsu Ltd. as an outside director. He was also involved in educational reform as a vice chairman of the Education Revitalization Council and was a member of the United Church of Christ in Japan. Ikeda was known for his unique background as a businessman with a degree in theology.
