Morten Mølster (March 31, 1962 - January 14, 2013) was a Norwegian musician from Stavanger, recognized primarily as the guitarist of the band The September When. He joined the band in 1990 and remained until its disbandment in 1996, during which time they released three albums and won the Årets spellemann award in 1993. Mølster also participated in the band’s reunion in 2008. Additionally, he was involved in jazz music and collaborated with notable musicians such as Frode Gjerstad and Nils Petter Molvær. He also directed the Stavanger Symfoniorkester at times.
