Morton Sosland was an American businessman born on May 7, 1925, and he passed away on April 25, 2019. He was a significant figure in Kansas City, working for the Sosland Publishing Company starting in 1947, where he held the roles of publisher and editor. A graduate of Southwest High School, he briefly attended Harvard University before serving in WWII. Sosland returned to Harvard in 1946 to finish his business education. He married Estelle Glatt and returned to Kansas City after completing his degree.
