He serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Jie County in Kotido District, representing the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM). Adome is part of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus and holds a position on the Committee on Health in Uganda's 10th Parliament. He is also the founding chairperson of the Warrior Squad Foundation (WSF), which is funded by USAID and operates in the Karamoja Sub-region.
