Moslem Eskandar-Filabi is a retired Iranian heavyweight wrestler born on March 26, 1944. He achieved notable success, winning four gold medals at the Asian Games during the years 1966 to 1974. Filabi also represented Iran in three consecutive Summer Olympics (1968, 1972, and 1976), achieving his best Olympic performance with a fourth-place finish in 1972. Notably, he was the flag bearer for Iran at the 1976 Olympics. In addition to his athletic career, he is involved in political activities, chairing the sports commission of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
