Moti Sasson is a notable Israeli politician, born in 1947 in Holon. He served as the 5th mayor of Holon, focusing on enhancing the city's image as a 'Kids city'. A graduate in Middle Eastern history and Arabic language from Tel Aviv University, he was also deputy and acting mayor from 1984 to 1989. His leadership led to the establishment of the Holon Children's Museum and numerous parks. Under his tenure, Holon received five gold stars for aesthetics from the Council for a Beautiful Israel.
