Mousa Shubairi Zanjani (born March 30, 1928, in Qom) is an Iranian Shia cleric and one of the seven authorities presented by the Association of Teachers of the Seminary in Qom after the death of Mohammad Ali Araki. He has refused to accept authority for a long time and does not charge students tuition in Qom. He didn’t establish a website for his library until mid-2013 and has not published an autobiography. Until 1998, he had not published a thesis explaining his views, which has contributed to his lower popularity among the public.
