Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Issa is the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League since May 2016. He served as the Saudi Minister of Justice from February 14, 2009, until the reshaping of the Saudi cabinet in 2015. In 2015, he was appointed as an advisor at the royal court. He was notably chosen to deliver the sermon and lead the prayer on the Day of Arafah during Hajj 1443 AH at the Nimra Mosque in Mecca, making him the thirteenth speaker from the Saudi era.
