Muhammad Saeed Sabariny is a Jordanian writer, professor, and environmental scientist. He was born on December 25, 1940, in Palestine. He received his bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the American University of Beirut in 1962 and his doctorate in education, specializing in science and environmental education, from the University of Southampton in 1983. Sabariny has held various academic positions, including professor at Yarmouk University, dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts at the University of Jordan, and president of the University of Sharjah. He is also a member of several local, Arab, and international committees. Sabariny has authored or co-authored over 40 textbooks and teacher's guides in science and biology, published by the Ministry of Education (Kuwait), the Ministry of Education (Jordan), the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs (Oman), the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science, and UNESCO.
