He served as the General Secretary of the Jamia Mazahir Uloom (Modern) Saharanpur for over thirty years until his death. Born in Saharanpur, he completed his early education in religious studies and began teaching at Jamia Mazahir Uloom in December 1970. He was known for his extensive writings and contributions to Islamic scholarship, as well as for overseeing the institution's affairs until the end of his life.
