Musa Palev is a Bulgarian politician and a member of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS). He served as a Member of Parliament in the 40th and 41st National Assembly and was appointed Governor of Blagoevgrad Province. Educated in Social Activities and Business Administration, Palev also speaks English and Russian. In the 2014 early parliamentary elections, he was elected to the 43rd National Assembly despite not being a leading candidate, but he faced controversy for refusing to resign from parliament after being elected through preferential voting.
