Musa Qəniyev is an Azerbaijani scholar, pharmacologist, and doctor of medical sciences, born on December 2, 1954, in Salyan. He earned his Ph.D. in 1985 and his Doctor of Sciences degree in 1994, becoming a professor in 1997. He has been the head of the Pharmacology Department at Azerbaijan Medical University since 2000, and is a member of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party since 1995. His contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Honored Teacher of the Republic and membership in the International Academy of Ecoenergy.
