Abu Hena Mohammad Mustafa Kamal, also known as Lotus Kamal, is a Bangladeshi politician and cricket organizer born on June 15, 1947. He served as the Minister of Finance in Sheikh Hasina's fourth cabinet and previously held the position of Minister of Planning. He is a former Member of Parliament for the Comilla-10 constituency. Following a non-cooperation movement in 2024, he lost his parliamentary seat when President Mohammad Shahabuddin dissolved the National Parliament. Additionally, Mustafa Kamal served as the President of the ICC during the 2014-15 term.
