Mustapha @ Mohd Yunus Sakmud is a Malaysian politician and engineer born on July 9, 1968. He has held various political roles, currently serving as the Deputy Minister of Higher Education in the Unity Government since December 2023 and as the MP for Sepanggar since November 2022. Previously, he was the Deputy Minister of Human Resources in the PH administration from December 2022 to December 2023. A member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), he is also the State Chairman of PKR of Sabah since May 2024.
