Mutsumi Shimizu (January 6, 1908 – June 23, 1979) was a politician during the Showa era in Japan. He served as the mayor of Sagamihara town in Kanagawa Prefecture and later became the mayor of Sagamihara city. His political career contributed to the development of the region during a transformative period in Japanese history.
