Mykola Noshchenko was a Ukrainian politician born on February 21, 1945, in Shakhta 6 Capitalna, Donetsk Oblast. He served as a deputy in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from April 2002 to April 2006 as a member of the People's Party of Ukraine. Noshchenko was vice-president of the All-Ukrainian Charity Fund for Ecology and Social Protection 'Our Future' and headed the subcommittee on funding social programs within the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada. He was also a minority founder of LLC 'Ukrtekhno-synthesis' and part of the 'Kuchma majority.'
