Myles Alan Boddington was an English first-class cricketer, noted racehorse breeder, and president of the English Golf Union. Born on 30 November 1924 in Hale, Cheshire, he played cricket at Rugby School and later for the Royal Air Force cricket team. He married Joan Dorothy Johnson and had three children. In addition to cricket, he was involved in breeding pigs and racehorses. Boddington was also an amateur golfer and held administrative roles, notably as president of the English Golf Union. He passed away on 14 February 2002 in Burford.
