Naghmeh Samini is an Iranian screenwriter, playwright, author, film critic, journalist, and faculty member at the University of Tehran's College of Fine Arts. Born on June 5, 1973, she holds a bachelor's degree in Dramatic Literature and a master's degree in Cinema from Tehran University, along with a PhD in Art Research from Tarbiat Modares University. In 2019, she co-founded the theatre company 'Seda' in Seattle, aimed at introducing Iranian theatre to American audiences and fostering cross-cultural experiences.
