Najib Roger Accar was a Guinean physician and politician who held significant ministries in the government of Guinea during its early years of independence. He served as Minister of Health and later as Minister of Transport, contributing to healthcare infrastructure in the country. Due to political issues, he left Guinea but returned after the death of the then-president Sekou Touré. Accar was also a surgeon in France, where he held a position as chief surgeon. He passed away in 2005.
