Naohiko Noguchi (born December 24, 1932) is a renowned Japanese sake brewer and modern craftsman. He is a key figure in the development of ginjo sake and the revival of the yamahai brewing method. Although he is a sake brewer, he is noted for hardly being able to drink alcohol, becoming flushed after just one cup. He has retired and returned to the profession three times, ultimately stating that he has given up on retirement.
