Narasingha Mishra is an Indian politician from Odisha, born on December 23, 1940. He has served as the Leader of Opposition in the 15th Odisha Legislative Assembly and was the Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislature Party from 2004 to 2009. First elected in 1990, he held the position of Law Minister and currently represents the Balangir constituency as a member of the Indian National Congress party. In a recent election, he received 71,598 votes, defeating his main opponent from the Biju Janata Dal.
