Ndabazinhle Mdhlongwa is a retired Zimbabwean triple jumper born on May 30, 1973. He was the African record holder with a jump of 17.34 meters from 1998 to 2007. He excelled as a collegiate athlete at the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, winning the 1995 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Mdhlongwa earned medals at several international competitions, including bronze at the 1992 World Junior Championships and the 1995 All-Africa Games, and silver at the 1998 African Championships. He represented his country at the Olympic Games in 1992 and 1996.
