Necati Arabaci, also known as Neco or Nero, is a German-Turkish businessman, serious criminal, and Hells Angels functionary. He gained influence in the red-light district of Cologne in the 1990s through bouncers who were under his control in Hells Angels structures. He was involved in brothels, including the Babylon brothel in Elsdorf near Cologne and Wiago in Leverkusen, as well as brothels in Mallorca. Arabaci was arrested in 2002 and convicted in 2004 of leading a criminal organization, robbery, pimping, and serious human trafficking. He was deported to Turkey in 2007 after serving a third of his sentence. In 2010, he was considered the president of the "Hells Angels MC Nomads Turkey." Arabaci is believed to be involved in organized crime in Germany, with his influence reaching into the Ruhr region and Frankfurt am Main. He has been linked to the expansion of the Hells Angels in Europe and has been accused of being involved in drug trafficking and money laundering. He has been arrested in Turkey in 2018 and 2020, but released due to lack of evidence.
