Necdet Remzi Atak (1911-1972) was a prominent Turkish violinist and educator who contributed significantly to violin education in Turkey. After studying under Karl Berger in Istanbul and Hans Basserman in Germany, he became a violin teacher at Musiki Muallim Mektebi in Ankara. Throughout his career, he trained influential musicians such as İlhan Özsoy and Gürer Aykal. He was also the brother of noted piano virtuoso Ferhunde Erkin and performed at notable events, including a concert attended by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
