He holds a PhD in civil engineering and has served as the Deputy Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, he was the Prime Minister of the 6th Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Branković is a member of the presidency and executive board of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA). He has been involved in political and civil engineering roles within the country.
