Nemesi Marquès i Oste is a Catholic priest from Cabó, born on May 17, 1935. He has served as the personal representative of the episcopal co-prince of Andorra, the bishop of Urgell, since July 30, 2003. Additionally, he is the rector of Bellestar and published his doctoral thesis at the University of Barcelona in 1988, which focused on the reform of Andorran institutions from 1975 to 1981, covering both internal and international aspects.
