He graduated from Ekstra Bladet in 2002 and is currently the program head at BBC Studios Nordic Productions, previously known as STV. He has worked for various media companies including Danmarks Radio and Nordisk Film TV, where he became creative director. He has contributed to successful programs like 'Alle mod 1' and the Kim Larsen memorial concert in 2018, which both won TVPrisen. Würtz has also been involved in many lifestyle and factual productions.
