Niels Mølgaard (1943-2003) was a Danish civil engineer and politician, a member of the Danish Parliament (Folketinget) representing Danmarks Retsforbund in the early 1970s. He was a board member and chairman of the youth wing of Danmarks Retsforbund. Mølgaard was involved in founding the Folkebevægelsen mod EF in 1962, serving in various leadership roles. He was educated as a civil engineer and worked in several engineering and consultancy roles, contributing to Danish industry and politics until his death in 2003.
