Nigel Evans is a British politician born on November 10, 1957. He has been serving as the Member of Parliament for Ribble Valley in Lancashire since 1992. A Conservative Party member, he held the role of Co-Chairman of the Non-Government Members of Parliament Committee from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, he served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Transport Committee from 2010 to 2013, and was elected Second Deputy Chairman in 2020. Evans is also known for his strong criticism of the European Union and supported the Brexit campaign in the 2016 referendum.
