Nigel A. Philip Godfrey is an Anglican priest born on April 25, 1951. He has served as the Dean of Peel since 2011. After studying at Ripon College Cuddesdon, he was ordained in 1980. Godfrey was the Curate of St John the Divine in Kennington from 1979 to 1989, then the Vicar of Christ Church in Brixton until 2001. He also worked as the Principal Ordained Minister Training for the Diocese of Southwark from 2001 to 2007, before taking on the roles of Vicar and Vice Dean at St German's Cathedral.
