Nicole 'Nikki' Ziegelmeyer, born on September 24, 1975, is a former American short track speed skater. She competed in the 1992 and 1994 Winter Olympics, winning a silver medal in the 3000 metre relay and a bronze medal in the same event respectively. Born in Imperial, Missouri, Ziegelmeyer was inducted into her high school's Hall of Fame in 2006. Following a serious back injury in 1997, she shifted from sports to a career in broadcasting and founded her painting company, Elite Painting Inc. Later, she opened a wine bar, Casa Di Vino, in her hometown.
