Born on February 2, 1901, in Metternich, he was active in various positions within the Nazi Party, including roles in the SA and NSKK. Eiden was elected to the Reichstag in 1942, representing Niederbayern until the end of the Nazi regime in spring 1945. After World War II, he lived in Koblenz until his death on December 15, 1956.
