Nikolay Grigoryan is an Armenian public figure and expert in crisis communication and information management, born on December 15, 1957, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He has held several key positions, including advisor for security to the governor of Tavush province since April 17, 2019. He was the director of the Emergency Wave news center from January 1996 and led the information service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia from 1997 to 2011. He served as the deputy director of the Rescue Service and became a major general in 2013.
