Nikolay Alekseyevich Soltys was a Ukrainian fugitive born on May 19, 1974. He was charged by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California due to an FBI arrest warrant. The charges included Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution related to serious allegations, including six murders of his family members that took place in and around Sacramento in August 2001. He passed away on February 13, 2002.
