Niranjanananda Saraswati, born on February 14, 1960, in Rajnandgaon, Madhya Pradesh, India, is an Indian guru and successor of Swami Satyananda. He began his yoga training at the age of four and was initiated into the monk order in 1970. He traveled worldwide to establish yoga centers and returned to India in 1983 as the head of the Bihar School of Yoga. He founded Bihar Yoga Bharati in 1994, authored around twenty books, and promotes yoga among children through his initiatives. His teachings blend Hindu mystical traditions with modern scientific achievements.
