Nirmala Kotalawala is a Sri Lankan politician born on September 29, 1965. He served as the Deputy Minister of Highways and was a Member of Parliament for the Kalutara Electoral District. Kotalawala attended Nalanda College Colombo and was elected as the Chairman of the Pradeshiya Saba Dodamgoda in 1997, serving for two years. Additionally, he was a member of the Western Provincial Council from 1999 to 2004.
