Njål S. Føsker is a Norwegian local politician from the Labour Party. He served on the Hedmark county council and the municipal council of Nord-Odal from 2011 to 2015. Following the 2011 local elections, he became the leader of the county council but resigned in May 2012 due to a financial scandal. He was also the seventh alternate representative to the Norwegian Parliament from 1997 to 2001 and has been a member of the county council since 2003. He has held multiple terms as deputy mayor in Nord-Odal.
