Noboru Miyama (January 7, 1956 – December 2, 2007) was a Japanese manga artist from Yatsushiro City, Kumamoto Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he moved to Tokyo to work at a design company. He trained under Morimi Muranō and worked as an assistant to Satoshi Ikedazawa. He made his debut in 1981 in Shonen Jump with the work 'Manbunta.' His notable work includes 'Mephisto.' He was praised for his swift brushwork and high artistic skill by juniors such as Takatoshi Yamada. He was known to be humble and quiet.
