Born on December 29, 1946, and passing away on the same date in 2018 in Dijon, Côte-d'Or, he was a member of the League of Savoy and served as president of the Savoy Regional Movement from 2010 to 2015. He worked for the Charter of the Arpitan language and was elected regional councilor on March 21, 2010, as part of the Gathering of the Left and Ecologists.
