Norihiko Hara (1947-2015) was a Japanese former ramen shop owner born in Bunkyo, Tokyo. He ran the ramen shop 'Ramen Hikoryu' from 1989 until January 31, 2010, in the same Tokyo district, earning a reputation as the 'worst ramen shop in Japan' through mass media exposure. Affectionately called 'Hikoryu's Norihiko-san,' he was known for his hobbies such as pachinko and visiting amusement parks, as well as being a heavy smoker seen smoking during business hours.
