Noriko Uesaka (born January 7, 1961) is a Japanese freelance announcer and former announcer for Hokuriku Broadcasting (MRO). Born in Komatsu, Ishikawa, she graduated from Seijo University after attending Ishikawa Prefectural Komatsu High School. Uesaka worked at MRO from 1983 to 1998 and currently appears mainly on MRO programs. She is known for hosting various events, including a well-known annual gathering featuring baseball player Hideki Matsui. Her hobbies include photography, theater, and movies.
